For reservations cancelled fourteen (14) days prior to the event date, a 100% refund will be provided.

 

For reservations cancelled seven (7) days prior to the event date, 100% transferable credit will be provided. Credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue. 

For reservations cancelled three (3) days prior to the event date, 50% transferable credit will be provided. Credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue. 

For reservations with less than 72 hours notice. It is non-refundable, and a full charge will incur.

Same-day cancellation or no-shows will be a full charge.
